Ask VendOrca in the app
The Ask VendOrca bar appears on the pages of the app for staff, workers and suppliers. Type a question in plain language. It can:
- answer questions about your program data, within what you can already see
- describe your current program rules (staff only)
- answer how-to questions from the VendOrca help articles, with citations
It only reads. It never changes a record or a setting. When you ask for a change, it declines and, where it can, links the help article that shows how. Workers and suppliers get answers about their own records only.
A question can be up to 1,000 characters, and a counter shows how many you've used. Each person can ask 30 questions in 10 minutes, and each workspace can ask 500 a day. When the workspace reaches its daily limit, the bar says so and links a help article instead. The Reports page has its own ask console for staff. See Reports and Ask VendOrca.

Ask your program admin
If you're a worker, a supplier or a staff user, your program's Program Admin controls your role, your access and the program rules. Ask them first when you can't see something you expect, or when a rate or a checklist looks wrong.

Email info@vendorca.com with product and account questions, questions about your personal data or a request for a Data Processing Addendum. VendOrca sets up direct integrations with your AP, ERP, HR, payroll or accounting systems for your workspace. A Program Admin can arrange one by writing to the same address.
A Program Admin can also ask VendOrca support at the same address to:
- link a worker's or supplier's sign-in to their record (see Worker and supplier sign-ins)
- help with a worker file larger than 150 rows (assisted setup)
- correct recorded time, an invoice or an imported record
Workers and suppliers make these requests through their Program Admin.
